Emergency Preparedness and Response Seminars
For Study Abroad Faculty Leaders

The fall seminar schedule is as follows:

  Thursday, Nov. 19 3-4 pm. Rm 201 Int'l Center
Bring your lunch Friday, Dec. 4 12-1 pm Rm 6 Int'l Center
Bring your lunch (Exam Week) Wed. Dec. 16 12-1 pm Rm 201 Int'l Center

Presentations last 1 hour.

Attendees may remain for Q&A following the presentation.

All Study Abroad Faculty Leaders are Required to Attend A Seminar (BUT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO RSVP – JUST TURN UP) Graduate and Undergraduate Program Assistants Accompanying the Group MUST ALSO participate in a seminar.

If you attended a seminar in 2009, OSA has recorded your participation and you are not required to attend again.

If your last participation was in 2007 or Summer 2008, you will be asked to attend again.

If you are leading a summer program and do not attend a seminar prior to your departure, you will not receive your travel advance.
