Academics

Course Offerings: MSU has put all the courses to be taught in the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semesters on the Internet.

Please refer to this site to determine availability. Students can obtain course descriptions by selecting the "course descriptions" button at the bottom of the website. If the student required further information, please contact Sandy Tupper.

In the bottom form, you can select the semester you want to search for courses. The default setting is Spring Semester 2009. Press the mouse on the arrow and you will be given the semester options. The appropriate department can also be selected. The default setting is ABM: Agribusiness Management. Again, press the mouse on the arrow and you will be given a list of departments to select from. If you don't know the number of the course you are searching for, you can put an asterisk (*) in the box after Course # and all the courses offered in that department will be listed.

Please note that courses in the 800 level are for graduate students only.

Additional info:

  • All courses at MSU are taught in English, with the exception of upper level foreign language courses.
  • All exchange students will be assigned an academic adviser.
  • A full-time student at MSU takes 3-4 courses or 12-15 credits per semester. It is recommended that exchange students take 3-4 courses or 12 credits per semester. 3-4 credits are earned per course at MSU.
  • Before students may enroll in courses, they must receive a PID and PAN number from MSU. Once those numbers have been received, the student's academic adviser will enroll them in courses based on their course selection form.
