Application for Non-MSU Students*

* Non-MSU students should refer to the Controller's Office for tuition rates. As a non-MSU student you are classified as a Lifelong Education student. Regardless of your state of residence, you will be charged this rate, but
will not be assessed matriculation fees or student taxes.

Deadlines:

The following deadline dates should be taken into consideration before you apply to a program:
October 15: Winter Break & Spring Semester programs
**
January 15 : Spring Break programs**
March 1
: Summer & Fall Semester & Academic Year programs**

** In some cases, you may submit an application after the deadline but your acceptance may be influenced by the late submission.

Since selection is done on a rolling admissions basis, we strongly recommend that you apply early as many programs will be filled to capacity prior to the above deadlines (applying early may also enable you to take advantage of group flight discounts). Some programs have earlier application deadlines - check the program's Web page to determine if there is a different deadline. Applying early does not guarantee acceptance.

Submission of the following forms is required after you are accepted to a program: Decision Form, Statement of Responsibility and Student Health / Emergency Treatment Authorization. These three forms are available by clicking here: Acceptance Packet.

Non-MSU Students ONLY must also complete the Course Enrollment Form.
